April 18, 2025: Cultural Experience
April 19, 2025: Live Presentation at Olympia.
Teams will implement their projects from Round 2.
This round includes:
- Results Report (soft copy to be submitted April 10, 2026): describing the process, supporting products, evaluating results, and community feedback.
- Presentation & Live Dialogue with the Judging Panel (April 19, 2026):
+ 20-minute presentation on the implementation process and results.
+ Presentation of supporting products (video clip, model, digital product, images, project log…).
+ Answering questions from the Judging Panel and interacting with the audience.
The 5 best teams selected will continue to "grow" in the final round.
Teams receive practical assignments on cultural issues and develop action plans to address them.
Examples: preserving folk songs, promoting reading culture, promoting Vietnamese cuisine, etc.
This round includes:
Action Plan (70%)
+ Problem identification (context, causes, challenges).
+ Solution ideas and objectives.
+ Specific implementation steps (activities, target audience, time, resources, means).
+ Feasibility and evaluation methods.
+ Expected impact and ripple effect.
Interview – Presentation to the Judging Panel (30%)
+ Short presentation (5–7 minutes) to introduce the plan and answer critical questions from the Judging Panel.
+ Evaluation interview content (10 minutes)
+ Level of understanding of the chosen cultural issue.
+ Ability to defend and clarify ideas: critical thinking, problem-solving, flexibility in presentation.
+ Coordination among team members.
The top 20 teams will advance to Round 2.
(Community voting included – spreading inspiration and celebrating young creativity)
Each team (2-3 members) chooses a symbol, achievement, or unique cultural aspect of Vietnam to explore and express from their own perspective.
Teams choose a suitable creative format to submit:
- Creative Writing: A written work (essay, short story, creative essay, short script, etc.) with an explanation of the idea and message.
- IT Application Product: Video clip, short film, documentary, vlog… (can be filmed on location, interview, illustrated with images/sound). A detailed explanation of the idea, content, and creative process is required.
- Fine Arts Product: Painting, sketch… with artistic commentary and a description and analysis of the idea.
- Music – Performing Arts Product: Composition of music, lyrics, or performance (video recording), with an explanation and explanation of the idea.
